CANCELLATION POLICY
Soft Skin Lounge Cancellation + Late Policy We value your time and ours, to keep our schedule running smoothly and provide the best experience for all clients, we ask: • Cancellations + Reschedules: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will incur 50% of the scheduled service fee. • Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a cancellation and the 50% fee will apply. Shorter delays may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to treating you at Soft Skin Lounge!
